If the price of the experience has increased when the experience voucher is redeemed, the customer will be responsible for any shortfall. Supplementary costs may apply to certain dishes when dining in the Coq & Bull on a DBB package.
- To redeem your experience voucher, make your reservation in-person or by telephone, quoting your voucher code and our reception team will advise you on costs and availability in the normal manner. To redeem your monetary voucher, book online or by telephone and bring a copy of your voucher with you.
