- Monetary hotel gift vouchers can be redeemed against accommodation and dining in the Coq & Bull brasserie. Vouchers purchased for a specific experience are subject to availability. If the price of the experience has increased when the experience voucher is redeemed, the customer will be responsible for any shortfall. Supplementary costs may apply to certain dishes when dining in the Coq & Bull on a DBB package.
- To redeem your experience voucher, make your reservation in-person or by telephone, quoting your voucher code and our reception team will advise you on costs and availability in the normal manner. To redeem your monetary voucher, book online or by telephone and bring a copy of your voucher with you.
- Cancellation policies apply and will be notified to you upon making your reservation. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of issue.
- Please note: Don’t forget to bring your voucher or have a copy on your phone to redeem at point of purchase. Each gift voucher features a unique voucher number, it cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable and is non-transferable.
- Between Friday 1st November 2024 – Friday 20th December 2024, for every £100 purchased on Clandeboye Lodge Gift Vouchers (online and in-person), the purchaser will receive a complimentary £10 Gift Voucher up to a maximum of £40 in complimentary vouchers per transaction.
- All complimentary hotel gift vouchers are valid between 1st January - 31st March 2025 (blackout dates apply) and can only be redeemed against a hotel stay or in the Coq & Bull Brasserie.
- Please note that all complimentary vouchers will be sent separately and emailed within 48 hours of purchase. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, is non- refundable and is non-transferable.
