A great experience. How wonderful to receive such great service from everyone we met. Everyone in Clandeboye Lodge seems to take a pride in their work and exudes a warm welcome. It is so encouraging to find staff that work together so well as a team!

A rural setting and beautifully decorated with everything you require. Great grounds for a walk, first class comfortable rooms, bar and restaurant serving great food. All you could need. As I said the overnight stay was made even better by staff who took the time to make you feel welcome. Nothing was a bother and a master class in customer service.

Excellent experience all the way through from the original phone call until leaving the next morning. The room was immaculate and little extras like a welcome postcard made me realise that the proprietors certainly do pay attention to detail.

We honestly cannot thank the staff enough for making our anniversary stay so very special. It's the exceptional level of customer care and amazing food that keeps bringing us back! We are already excited to plan our next visit!

Having dined in two Michelin restaurants the previous month, I knew the standard needed to be high, and it did not disappoint at all! Thanks to the staff, arguably the current best dining experience available in Bangor.

Great place to stay in an incredible location. It is a great base to have whilst enjoying the local area. The real winning point is the quality of the staff and their continuous attention to detail on my various stays. Friendliness each and everyday.

This was a special celebratory lunch for my father's 99th birthday and I had included mention of this in the booking notes. On arrival our friendly waiter wished my father a happy birthday which was a lovely surprise for him. Later, other staff also wished him a happy birthday and when his dessert came out they'd added a candle and sang happy birthday!

One of the best hotel experiences from the check in, to the super comfortable room to the restaurant and bar. In addition, all the staff made me feel welcome and no request was too small. I came from Canada to visit my family and the hotel was a perfect place to host them for meals and visits.
